Bobines de connecteurs en plastique

Les connecteurs sont fournis en bobines pour permettre une découpe sur mesure et un placement automatisé sur les circuits imprimés. Les terminaisons en cosses à souder et « compliant » à oeillet miniature sont disponibles dans une grande variété de tailles de broches et de lamelles sur différentes positions par rapport à la ligne médiane. Des produits sur mesure peuvent être fabriqués facilement pour de nombreux connecteurs télécom, informatiques et automobiles qui satisfont aux exigences de l’USCAR. Un AutoTrimmer™ est également disponible pour une découpe en tailles spécifiques.

Des trancheuses programmables ou manuelles sont disponibles pour découper les connecteurs dans des tailles spécifiques ou des connecteurs prédécoupés peuvent être fournis par l’usine sous conditionnement en tubes, plaques ou bande et bobine.
