연속 플라스틱 몰드 헤더 (Continuous Plastic Molded Headers)

커넥터 제품은 크기별로 잘라서 PCB 상에 자동으로 실장될 수 있도록 릴에 감겨 제공된다. 솔더테일과 컴플라이언트 바늘귀 형상의 종단은 다양한 핀과 블레이드 형태로 다양한 센터라인 간격별로 제공된다.  통신, 컴퓨터, 자동차의 USCAR 소켓 커넥터 규격에 이르기까지 다양한 커스터마이즈된 제품이 생산된다. 오토트림머™는 다양한 길이의 형태를 자르기 위해 제공된다.

Connector products are supplied in reeled format for cut-to-size and placement onto PC boards automatically. Both solder tail and compliant eye-of-needle terminations are available in a wide range of pin and blade sizes on different centerline spacings. Custom products are easily produced for many standard Telecom, Computer and Automotive USCAR socket connectors. An AutoTrimmer™ is also available for kitting discrete sizes.

프로그래머블 또는 매뉴얼 트리머를 이용하여 헤더들을 각각의 길이별로 자를 수도 있으며 또는 미리 잘라져서 튜브, 트레이 나 테잎 혹은 릴 형태로 제공되기도 한다.

Programmable or manual trimmers are available to cut headers to discrete sizes or pre-cut headers can be supplied from the factory packaged in tubes, trays or tape & reel.
