Autosplice's compact pneumatic insertion system for bobbins offers
a simple solution to small and medium volume applications. Ideal for
bench mounting, the small footprint and modular design offer the
flexibility to solve many bobbin application needs.
The system incorporates Autosplice's fast, compact pneumatic head modules for inserting pins or tabs (flat stamped terminals).
Pneumatic cylinders are also incorporated for rapidly moving the bobbin
to the insertion position. As an option, air pressure can also be used
to automatically bend the pin, or eject the finished part into the bin.
For printed circuit boards, we offer a wide range of solutions including fully automatic handling systems.
AIS 3000 features:
