For your high volume production needs, Autosplice offers the AIS 5000 - a highly flexible platform which can reliably insert pins and/or stamped terminals (tabs) at high speed. The conveyorized version can be integrated into a fully automatic line. One or two heads con be incorporated and the "quick change" feature allows the freedom to insert different continuous components with the same machine.
