Crimp-System by Autosplice
The ACS2000 combines almost 50 years of crimping expertise and
technology into an economical and efficient crimping system.
Reliability and a high degree of economic viability are the hallmarks
of Autosplice crimping systems. As an alternative to soldering,
semi-automatic crimping can increase throughput by up to 500%. Also,
the potential thermal demage to components and hazardous noxious fumes
caused by soldering are eliminated. The direct drive technology
provides the benefit of noise reduction.
By using ACS2000 and Autosplice spliceband you will achieve the best results.
Finished crimps meet UL486C pull force requirements in a majority of applications.
The
large range of different tool sizes enables an almost unlimited scope
of applications for the ACS 2000. The newly developed rapid-change
tools reduce the setup and maintenance cost.
Spliceband is a
continuous reel of crimping material that is cut and formed in the
applicator tooling to produce a finished crimp. A reel of spliceband
contains up to 150.000 crimps allowing maximum productivity and
minimizing machine down time. With the ACS 2000 system you use 100% of
the spliceband material with no waste.
